Shipping Policy

DHUWA coffee utilises Big Post and their Australia wide network for Business-to-Business delivery to accommodate both parcel and palletised freight.

Carrier tracking updates may not be available for up to 48hours. If your update is showing no events this means shipment has not yet arrived at your nearest delivery centre.

We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is dispatched, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you by the freight provider. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. 

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

For deliveries of heavy items (20kg+) and pallets that the Commercial Business Address receiving goods must have a forklift or similar to unload.

Deliveries to a business address only. Delivery times Monday – Friday between 9am – 5pm.

Please note we are unable to change your order or business address as it has already been despatched.

Once the order is shipped, DHUWA will not be liable for any losses or damages of the product.

Returns Policy

Please note, due to the perishable nature of coffee unfortunately we cannot accept returns.

If you have already purchased additional items you no longer want, please consider donating them to community organisations like our long-standing partner, Foodbank, which will ensure they are directed to people in need. To find location nearby for your food donations we suggest visiting Foodbank.
